Jim entered the real estate business in 1978 and quickly became the top producing agent for Nevada's largest real estate company. In 1987, he was one of the first five people certified to teach Floyd Wickman's "Sweathog" programs. He quickly became a regional director in charge of 18 western states and the country of Canada. He built the #1 region in North America for that program. Jim is the past president of Floyd Wickman's Master Sales Track.

As the founder and President of ProspectsPLUS!, RecruitingPLUS! and a suite of professional marketing products, Jim masterfully leads his creative team to produce the innovative products and services necessary to enrich the lives and careers of sales agents and managers each and every business day.

Jim entered the real estate industry in 1992 after obtaining his Florida salesman's license. In 1994, he obtained his Broker's license, and started his own real estate company, focusing on Government Foreclosures and Investment Opportunities.

Today, Jim is Director of Operations of ProspectsPLUS!, where he combines his computer technology skills with his real estate knowledge to provide service and support to both company representatives and customers alike. Jim still maintains his active Broker's license in the State of Florida and owns his own real estate brokerage for personal transactions.

Ramona Williams our Director of Business Development has been involved in the real estate marketing, training and speaking industry for almost 20 years. Ramona has promoted and managed numerous real estate training events, programs and speakers and served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Floyd Wickman Sweathog program for 7 years.

She has a passion for sales, marketing, and most importantly for empowering real estate sales professionals to exceed their goals and live the lives they deserve!
